Academic & Research Grant (Marine Research Fellows)

The Academic & Research Grant (Marine Research Fellows) provided by the Indo Ocean Project supports students and early-career researchers conducting academic research in marine science and conservation. The grant aims to strengthen scientific knowledge on marine ecosystems, biodiversity, and coastal environmental challenges in Indonesia. Selected recipients receive financial support to conduct fieldwork, data collection, and academic research activities contributing to marine conservation and ocean sustainability. The programme also supports capacity development by enabling participants to gain practical research experience and strengthen their academic outputs in ocean-related disciplines.
