Suleman Mazhar is a senior member of IEEE, with a Ph.D. degree from Tokyo University, Japan. He completed his Postdoctoral Research at Georgetown University, Washington, DC, USA and is former content architect at US-based ed-tech startup Educative Axis Ltd in Lahore, Pakistan. He holds a position as a Professor at Harbin Engineering University, China, and is the chair of TC
