Project Officer (Pacific Community-SPC)

The Pacific Community (SPC) is recruiting a Project Officer to support the Pacific Community Centre for Ocean Science (PCCOS) in the planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of ocean-related projects across the Pacific region. The role involves project management, procurement and contract administration, donor reporting, monitoring and evaluation, and collaboration with regional and international partners. Candidates should have at least five years of relevant project management experience, preferably in ocean or climate-related programmes, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. The position is based in Noumea, New Caledonia, or Suva, Fiji, with an initial contract until 31 December 2027, subject to renewal.
