IMarEST Member-to-Member (M2M) Mentoring Programme

The IMarEST Member-to-Member (M2M) Mentoring Programme connects members of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology for one-to-one mentoring to support professional development, career progression, and knowledge exchange across the marine sector. Open to all active IMarEST members as mentees and to Members and Fellows as mentors, the programme uses a matching platform based on participants’ expertise, skills, and interests. Participants gain access to mentoring resources throughout the process, helping them set professional goals, develop leadership skills, expand professional networks, and strengthen careers in marine engineering, science, and technology. The programme is endorsed as a United Nations Ocean Decade Activity.
