On February 1, 2024, a pivotal gathering took place under the auspices of the Mohammed VI Foundation for the Protection of the Environment at the International Hassan II Center for Environmental Training. This strategic assembly, convened by the African Taskforce, was a cornerstone event in the United Nations Decade Alliance for Ocean Science’s mission to sculpt the Decade of the Ocean’s framework program for Africa.
